Herbed Roo Meatballs

Great with in a pasta sauce or on thier own.

Ingredients

  • 600g Kangaroo Mince
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Marjoram
  • ¼ teaspoon Thyme
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs

Method

Combine mince with salt, pepper, rosemary, marjoram, thyme and nutmeg. Using well floured hands, roll into small balls, dip into beaten egg mix, then roll in breadcrumbs with paprika mixture. Place meatballs on greased tray and bake in moderate hot oven for 15-20 minutes. Shake tray occasionally.
